suggestions on Autobot X head

The Sigma 6 head looks awesome; as do the pistons, love them on figures, actually anything that moves when I move something else in conjunction is cool.

LOL, This is becoming my WIP thread. If a mod possibly can, maybe move to the appropriate section.

Anyway, the GI Joe Sigma Six head worked out great (I feel) it was the perfect size.

I hacked away the neck and base from the figure and attached that to the front of the torso, luckily it comes with a ball jointed head.

I began some sculpting work with the head. Added a larger top to the head, removed some details (like the cleg things on the upper lip and nostrils) I began cutting out the eyes for LED installation (he's gotta have led eyes!)

The softer type plastic (almost like a rubber) is hard to work with, not my normal medium. I will get the head to the point it resembles the base head, then cast it in resin (I find carving/refining resin an easier medium to work with)

Using the basic shape of the head I have now, I photoshopped some of the elements which will be added on after I finish the sculpt.

The eyes will be carved out and the head hollowed out, I will fill the back (inside) of the eye sockets with hot glue then paint them with a transparent blue. Next will install LED electronics inside the head.

Will use styrene for the details also.

By the looks of it, it does look really good fit. I dig it.
