    I have a 6 year old crt monitor and it's pretty clear on my monitor. Sure the red doesn't make it as easy to see as the popsicle part, but it is still pretty easy to read.

    Lighting in the room where you watch it is huge. I saw it twice this weekend. Once at my house and once at my friend's house. At my house, I couldn't see it and on his I could. I watched it at my house during the day and at night over my friends' We were using the exact same make and model of TV it is just that his is bigger.
