Like the thread says, what's the stupidest thing you've ever done with a Transformer toy?
I once tried to Float-Test my G1 Seaspray in a sink. Turns out old Glurble-voice doesn't really float.

When I was a kid I tried to see if I could make Doublecross make sparks underwater. Turns out he couldn't, and doing that pretty much ruined the mechanism.

When I was a kid, I tried to "fix" Powermaster Optimus Prime's legs by removing the trailer hitch piece that more or less binded his legs together. At a glance, it seemed as if you could really open up his articulation by doing so. I suppose it did, to a point; however, the ratchet joints were only in one of the legs, leaving the other leg a floppy mess. Lame!

There's some that I should have never purchased- and that's pretty stupid in MY book.

There's a reason why I have "with some dismantle" in the Collection Count section.

Tried transforming MP Skywarp while drunk. Bad idea! Wound up snapping a hinge on his wing. Glad I don't drink much anymore LOL.

I tried repainting my Armada Race Team Mini-Cons with art paint. Did not end well. :(

I bought a WFC Optimus just to try and paint it into Ultra Magnus, but lost motivation and literally ended up throwing it in the trash.

Yeah, I've predicted using my oodles of art paint to customize is bound to go wrong somehow. Which sucks, because I don't paint otherwise.

Either sharpie on a Hot Shot, buying crap, or throwing away good toys.

When I was much younger I tried to repaint the inner robot of Ultra Magnus so I could have the Optimus Prime I never got before then. It actually looked nice to start (I had model painting experience), but I knew nothing about painting stuff that would hold up to handling and transformation, so it started looking pretty bad pretty fast.
