Ok, so nobody knows what 'the Fallen' is. We've heard Decepticons, Megatron, Jetfire, an army, Frenzy, Lucifer, Shia, Bob Hope, Peter Griffen, and the entire cast of CATS. Also something about a Flamey guy Pat Lee designed.

So to add to the ever growing silliness of 'What is the freaken Fallen', I propose yet another stupid theory. You ready?

    The Fallen is Devestator.

He's currently buried around the Pyramids, and at one point was Megatron's elite guard, who went searching for him. When he (they?) awaken, they take the form of Construction vehicles, fight for a big, then merge to become the big mean ol Devestator. And he's the Fallen. Somehow.

    Ok, discuss.

Sounds interesting. Pretty good that ''the fallen'' is a synonym for Devastator.

not a bad idea. from a lot of the rumors we're hearing it sounds like Devie is going to be "the bad guy" in this one.

Devestator as The Fallen - perhaps if Barricade salvaged the TF1 Devestator tank head, and maybe some of the Bonecrusher guts, then adds them to other pieces. If a G1-type Devestator is in TF2, I think he has to have the same name, which would mean TF1 Devestator needs to be a piece of the new one.

I actually like you're theory above some of the others I heard and it's a little easier to believe.

My theory is that the Fallen is actually a giant disembodied head of Michael Bay that shoots explosions from it's eyes and pukes patriotism.

i enjoy your theory , but why would devastator need revenge? imo the reason they are calling it revenge of the fallen is megatron, getting killed by a human therefore "fallen" as in battle and who always is cryin they will get revenge more then megatron lol

I think hes implying that the movie shows some kind of back story to why Devastator was buried there in the first place.

If devastator is buried in the desert, where do all the construction vehicles he scans come from?

Or is there usually a bunch of them hanging round the pyramids? I've never been.

not all that close to the pyramids, but construction teams go around in convoys in egypt. some government policy.

"The Fallen" is most likely going to be Megatron. I really don't think that Orci and Co. is going to put in a Transformer that was only popular in a comic book from a defunct publisher.

Good point. Perhaps they where buried fairly recently. They may have scanned the construction vehicles from an excavation crew maybe.

Actually, you're probably right and just disproved this theory.

Yes, perhaps "The Fallen" refers to more than one bot? Or even to...people....
