I am only getting email updates once an hour...precisely at 7 minutes after the hour. Is it yahoo, or my computer. (mac mini) help?
There was a Washington Post article this morning on how orbiting UFOs are causing the world's data to be transmitted in intermittent, 7-minutes-after-the-hour bursts. I encourage you to do your own research, the truth is out there. ... Srsly, sounds like the yahoo! server is just having issues. They might be doing tech support on it right now. I'm sure that type of sporadic-timing thing won't last long if it's Yahoo! e-mail.
I've placed various online orders this morning and have had no issues receiving confirmation emails in my yahoo account.
I would be more concerned if it was precisely 23 minutes past the hour. I'm in the same boat as drippy, Yahoo's been fine for me all morning.
yeah probably the server cuz it says i have 1 new email message and i go to check it and nothing is ever there! its like a ghost or something.
Are you using the Beta? I've had issues with it in the past, I just revert to the Classic format for a coupla days, then come back and the problems have usually resolved themselves.
I've got KA's back on this with a caveat--I'm betting it's buggier overseas. It was a pain in the ass in Iraq, and I've heard the same thing about Korea, while it's worked fine for me in the States.
Oh, come off it guys. I tried beta, but my browser didnt like it. So I got Firefox. I didnt like it. I like Safari much better.
