i've been looking for well over 2yrs & can't find another one anywhere. i need to find one desperately in order to replace the original, cause the original is in a current state of dying as it is my daughter's very first stuffed animal she's had since birth & never goes anywhere without it.

    i'm willing to pay: cost + tax + shipping/handling

attached pic is said Panda Bear

Who is the manufacturer of the toy? If it's still visable on the tag you might be able to look up their website.

i either bought it at Walgreen's or at the Hospital's Gift Shop, but it's been so long i can't really remember which it was

wouldn't work, she would definitely notice the difference especially with the black patch across the chest

tag is solid white now, no lettering anywhere :'o(

I'll keep my eyes peeled but without knowing who made the thing it might be a tough find. How big is it? Like, 8 inches? 10 inches? Any guess? Are the eyes glass or plastic? What's it stuffed with? Foam? Beans like a beanbag?

The more you can tell us about this thing the faster a replacement might be found. About how long ago did you buy this?

Good luck on your search. Ebay doesn't seem to turn up anything that looks like that.

Sadly it may be time for your daughter to get one of those life lessons.
Perhaps you could put the dying bear away and give it back when she's older as a memory? My sister when we were kids had a pink bunny she took everywhere till she lost it at an amusement park.. Only "memory" of that is pictures.

10" inches or 12" inches in height

plastic eyes; stuffed with feathers or something similar to feathers

2008 is when i purchased it on the day she was born

these are close to it, BUT as you can tell from the pic i posted of what i'm looking for they are not the same. the ones you posted have black going across the chest & what i'm showing for the searchers in the attached pic in the original post has all white across the same area of the chest.

PLEASE I'M ON MY KNEES BEGGING

i'm fearing the original panda bear isn't going to make it much longer, my little girl threw up on him 4/5 times yesterday. and we are deathly afraid to wash him any more in the washer/dryer, but were still able to clean him though without having to put him in there.

i need a another one in order to put the original into storage so he'll still be around in future.

She got it at Walgreens 3 years ago and then blocked me for some weird reason. Guess asking for Panda Bears makes you a creep lol
