Had a employee scan both the voyager and leader tags at mejier they said they were supposed to receive them on the truck on the 12th but didn’t get them and told to check back later tonight when the new truck comes in.

Holy crap at those prices. Haven't read through the thread but I pray those are just this particular retailer and not the norm for this line.

Thankfully I don't THINK there's anything I want out just yet. None of the deluxes have caught my fancy, I think Leader SS is far better than the voyager, and..what was the other voyager in this wave, Prime? Holding out for Blackout and Grimlock with a maybe on Brawl.

Is Fred Meyers known for overcharging on stuff? Because those prices are absolutely ridiculous when you consider how much plastic and paint you're getting on those Deluxes.

What's up with the movie lines lately? It seems like they're ten dollars higher than their Generations counterparts for less than half the paint and plastic.

They are only a few dollars more. But to be fair they are better made figures. Less hollow parts, higher parts count and more paint. Even if you cant see it in pictures. Around here it's $16.86 for movie deluxes and $15.96 for regular deluxes. $26.86 for movie voyagers, 24.99 for regular voyagers.

What are the prices where your from by chance?

And already, I'm broke. Just like that.
Woah, those prices are better than the ones in California. Movie ones are $19.99 for deluxes and $29.99 for voyagers, while Generations and others have them at $16.99 for deluxes and $24.99 for voyagers. I'm moving to where you are. That is awesome.

No shock. Kroger\'s has always sold toys in their bigger stores too. Even when I was little they literally had a half aisle of Transformers one Christmas. I bought all of the Insecticons and Constructions from Kroger\'s. It\'s usually just their bigger stores tho.

Not everything is expensive either. Massive clearance prices Star Wars The Last Jedi at the Cincinnati store. $1 for the regular $10 toys. They were well stocked with Rose and Rey still.

And depending on taxes and where it shipped like CA, you'd have to pay nearly 30 for one, I believe.

There's been a slow but noticeable price creep over the years. Deluxes that used to be $12-$15, Voyagers $20-$25. Now they're $20 and $30 respectively.

But yeah, I wouldn't overpay unless I had to on them.

Sweet! Hopefully, they will start hitting Target and Wal-mart soon.

Regional stores always have higher prices. I will be very surprised if the big box retailers charge this much.
