Btw the new decals in the art are indeed stickers and are on their own sticker sheet for us to put on our selves.

 

Legit interested in this. Don't see a ton of Transformers with moddable body kits.

Hasbro planned this from the get go.

Hmm, just went from almost 0 interest up to a genuine maybe.

 

I bought SS-01 and thanks to that awful roof constantly popping off when I tf him I returned it an hour later.

Hopefully this doesnt have the same issue either.

I mean I thought twice before picking him up due to said Issue i had with SS-01 but since he seems like more value now for the buck with all those add ons and the Charlie Mini fig... Might as well give it a shot.

 

I just about lost my mind until I realized that the parts don’t stay on in robot mode.

 

Damn I need this now how many was there any additional pics to come

 

The one on the bumper and spoiler may not be... Even the side skirts.. But i guess the one for the hood may stay in bot mode.. Haven't opened the set yet.

And the Charlie mini fig.. I have not seen a human minifig on a tf toy since TF Prime first edition OP vs Megatron and that NYCC Arcee and Bee set.

 

Ooh. I wasn't interested in this because I don't particularly want human character, but the extra parts has me tempted now.

They're really pushing the muscle car theme for this movie, which is kind of ironic since they made Bumblebee not a muscle car.

 

Alright, now I fricking NEED it.

Also, it appears the name of the set is "Highway Freedom" according to the back of the packaging.

 

Wait, it comes with extra parts!? Well, now we are talking. Initially I was averse to this since I don't want to buy Bee again just for Charlie, but this changes things.

This might very well be a Target exclusive. I wonder why there's no sticker on the packaging identifying it as such?

 

As fun as the package and extra parts look, I don't think I need another oldschool camaro bumblebee at this point, but the additional parts do make it a little more tempting.

 

I never managed to get mine properly in to car mode (but I only tried once when I was painting him). None the less i absolutely LOVE him. I really hope they OS KO him. This and 60's black camero are my favorite versions of BB. He was horribly overdue for a respectable toy.

 

Thats like every other exclusive they came out recently... Like Black Series Chewbacca and the Gammy Guard had no Target stickers too.


Aaaand... Some post on Seibertron shared that some Planet Iacon group was the ones who sighted this. Using the exact same pics.

 

Hopefully this will be available in the UK from online sellers; I think Tesco got some Target exclusives in the past but not sure if they get everything.
