    Ok people bear with me.
I like to do things the correct way if I can.

Our TFC Hook here; has a crane that can be stringed.

So i grabbed some fishing wire and started to do so...
But when i got to the head of the crane I notice it had two pulleys and the hook had two pulleys.
[There's a tie~off~point behind the left pulley on the crane]

What's the right way to rig this?

Tie your cord the loop at the end of the crane. Then loop it up through one of the pulleys on the hook, then up to the corresponding pulley on the crane boom, cross it over to the other hook pulley, past the second pulley at the end of the boom, and then over the single pulley at the top, then thread it down the loops on the boom down to the reel, and then tie it off at a satisfactory length.
