How do you pose your Masterpieces and other articulating figures?
By moving the limbs around until they arrive at a satisfactory position.
Kind of hard to explain, but my Seasons 1 & 2 and Season 3 Classics shelves are posed in a battle standoff kind of set-up.
On my Prime shelf, my MP Prime is posed in a stance mimicking the scene where he gets to Autobot City and launches in the air shooting out Seekers and such. Classics Prime is in a pose mimicking when he enters that dark room Megatron is in, I call it the "One shall stand, one shall fall" pose. G1 is just kind of standing there.
Nothing that specific on my Starscream shelf, MP is brandishing Megs, as is Revoltech. And the Classics and G1 posed somewhat randomly.
I meant positions, expressions, etc'. Please post pictures of your articulating figures!
Here's one example:
I have my MP Skywarp in a want some? come get some! pose
Post pics of pose please!
My Masterpiece Prime is sitting on top of my desk with his legs crossed and his hands behind his back relaxing while I slave over college papers. =(
I think this thread is likely to have what you want.
Why wouldn't it be? I personally feel that "cool stuff" entails posing a figure instead of just having it stand there straight-legged.
If I'm storing them somewhere, they can't be all spread out as I'd love them to be. I have most every Alternator and MP, on top of every Classics figure. They all pull off amazing poses for the most part, but legs spread and guns aimed in an action pose isn't feasible with the limited space I have.
Usually, I have a few out and posed. They always look like they're in some sort of intense battle.
The only thing I wish these Masterpieces could do is have tiny LED's in the eyes. That would be awesome!
I do have fun rearranging the pose on Skywarp. Too bad he can't flip the bird like Megatron can! LOL!
this thread is misleading! I thought you were referencing the Heisman pose!
I was trying to start a thread where people would post pictures of their Masterpiece and other articulating figures set at different poses so we can see just how articulate the figures are. Thought it would be fun to try and get as many different shots and positions as possible.
when i have room ill pose my figures, but most of mine fill a shelf so the arms and everything need to be at their sides.
but when i got the room i do what i can to show them off!
Thank you erisco, that was what I'm looking for! More please people!
not masterpieces but i love these little articulated guys
You go that way..
I have swords, and you do not; lets fight!
