I've been playin "street soccer" if you can call it that well we play on the street and do some pretty awesome moves anyway I am pretty good at soccer I've never played in a real team before but I play with a 5 man team in a field thats about a bout 2/3 of a real soccer field I 've been playin every other day for about 2 weeks and this last game I came back real sore from my ankles I dont know if it was the muscle was sore or if its the bone that I sprained or something

So any thoughts on what it might be causing my ankle pain?
Also do you guys play any sports with friends or a real team?

Edit :I just got up to get a glass of water and I felt like a 6 inch nail got smashed into my ankle

Your body may not be used to all the exersise, and soccer really hits your ankles.

I used to play soccer a lot, but then things just changed.

well a street is alot harder than a soccer field( or pitch to our british members) so your feet and ankles are going to take more abuse than they would on grass and grass would pad you some, also did you smash your ankles into anything while playing? the best advice is to go see a doctor and get your ankles checked out

You have a blockage of energy to your chakras. I prescribe fire and plenty of it.

Use your experience points to level up your endurance.

Damn, I used to love playing on the street. Well, it wasn't a street as such but an avenue, so it was nice and quiet and we could play games on the roads all day and only have to move for a few cars to go by. The road even had helpful markings across them which made for great little tennis courts. And the hours we'd spend playing Kerby across it. And right next to one kerb was a big flat stretch of grass perfect for cricket or football. And then right off that was a hill that kicked arse for sledging when it snowed. And beyond that were woods perfect for building tree houses. That avenue was a bitching cool place to grow up.

Its road hockey here instead of soccer, and I don't think I know of a single guy who didn't play it as a kid.

If your ankles are sore, maybe you should get some different shoes, something with higher tops and more ankle support, like basketball shoes.

you might have to learn to run properly. i hurt my ankles in 7th grade because i would be stomping my feet while running.
the coaches helped me fix that problem during p.e. class.

if it was for the aftermath of my injuries last year, i'll gladly play sports. i miss it a lot.
