It will be part of some 5 week Arcade Live thing, and it will cost you 10 bucks.
Wow, in time for my birthday! ...Too bad I won't have a 360 by then.
Also, I'd definitely pay $10 for Street Fighter II if I didn't already have it on...
*stops to count*
five different platforms already. Adding online play is awesome, but not enough incentive for me to buy it again. This should still be really awesome for people who don't have a copy, really want it on a newer system, or are just more competitive than I am.
Oh boy, I never get sick of buying the same 15-year-old game.
Seriously, 'retro gaming' is really starting to piss me off.
Nobody is forcing you to buy it. It won't even be taking shelf space from newer games (Xbox Live). Why should it upset you?
For one, I can't wait. And you can bet your butt I will be buying Frogger this evening
I bought frogger
I'm waiting too see if they release Pong before I consider buying a 360. Pong is where it is at man.
Because in addition to making me pay for the entire game again (I own four copies of it on different systems already) if I want to play it on xbox live, it's an excuse for developers to stop making new games. They'll only stick to the four types of 3d games they all make now and never bother with older genres because hey, they've already got a free back catalogue of old, low-res crap that they can make people pay for.

I'll buy if theres no significant lag issues and if somebody releases a good stick for the 360 over here, but not otherwise.
I played the trial of Frogger and I gotta say...
What the hell was that!?
It only takes up 1/4 of the screen and I can't see a damn thing. I have a 48 inch screen dammit!! How can you make frogger almost unplayable on a big screen?
Yea I noticed that too. Sucks big time.
As for Street Fighter, I'm not gonna be paying $10 for a game that old. I play these games for nostalgia, not because they are good games, and I'm not going to pay that much for nostalgia.
Dammit Capcom release the next Street Fighter already with all new sprites, get to work on the next Power Stone game, yeah collection is great but its just a jazzed up rerelease of two older games.
Every week I sacrifice a goat to the dark lord in the vain hope that Capcom will get swallowed by SEGA/Sammy, just so that SF finds its way into the hands of folks who actually want to make new fighting games.

Capcom wasn't going to make any new 2-D fighting games whether they rereleased SF2 or not. As it is, I'm quite happy with most of the new games that Capcom is spending their time on.
I planned on getting this before my younger brother had to get rid of his 360, it would have been something different to play with him. But alas, I'll have to wait until I get one before I can think about playing this.
Rumor had it at the last JAMMA show that Sammy wanted to License Street Fighter From Capcom, but that was the last I heard of it.
They better releases the game this time and not more pitcher packs and blade themes.
Dead Rising FTW!
