I bought this guy only because he was on a clearance sale at Hobby Link Japan. I think he's quite cool, but maybe just because I wasn't expecting much from it.

    HA! So funny.

I wish I could find a Stratosphere to buy.

I highly regret buying this figure. His jet mode is nice but in bot mode there is so much kibble. Something about him just doesn't look right to me.

because i was having so many headaches with transforming him and getting his alt mode to look right (those damn arms!) i bought a 2nd one that has never been transformed. The thing is, I got him on clearance at my walmart. tucked away on an end cap in a part of the store i never really thought toys would go, i found 2 and when they were still there a couple days later, i grabbed one.

I am thinking seriously of using NIghtstick from TFU Cyclonus as his gun. just gotta grab bot-mode Strat from off the top shelf to try it.

Great review as usual, Philister, except i may disagree with your choice of nitpicking. The vertical fins on the plane aren't as annoying as not being able to get those arms in place transforming him to alt. having gaps running along the fuselage is like putting Monk in an asymmetrical room, lol.

I think he is very cool, both himself an tiny Optimus, but I can't bear with his feet.

Not my favorite TF by himself, but he's great with Mech Tech weaponry and displayed with Cyberverse toys! It's like he was made a year too soon :)

The little minicon that came with swerve fills that void NICELY. looks great with him and the gun mode is perfect size.

I pulled out a few of my ROTF toys to mess with...I just had surgery so im puling out a ton of stuff to pass time.

This is still...one of my all time fav movie toys. The plane mode is near flawless, and robot mode is really awesome..I actually like the feet (most people complaints)

I potentially see a really incredible combiner custom job with this one. Would make a GREAT torso...
