Some good choices so far. I just remembered another freak-bot in my collection that I forgot to put in my post... mostly because I don't actually display him.

Got him as a kid, and while I do like him (kinda), he's easily one of the strangest bots I own... mostly because he isn't a bot. He's an Animorph.

That's right, it's Transformers Animorphs Ax.





Just look at him. Gaze upon the awkwardness. If you've never held one of these in your hands... you just don't understand how much of a colossal failure on almost every level he is.

His alien mode has a scorpion tail built in. So, naturally, this becomes his tail in the scorpion MODE, right? WRONG. His CHEST become the scorpion tail. The alien tail splits to become a pair of legs... four of which have horse hooves. This guy is basically MADE of "What is this I don't even".

 

I actually find the red one (forgot his name) to be somewhat of a guilty pleasure of mine. An alien-like centaur that transforms into some demonic monstrosity, I'll give them an A for being original, I guess.
