Thanks, I was prepared to trace it out myself but luckily there's an effects filter in Photoshop which did a very good job (I just had to touch up a couple of areas where it didn't quite come through). So it was actually more work doing the frames of the outline spreading downward than it was getting the effect itself!
    Cheers!

    Thanks!

I don't normally change the original details too much, but I added WJ's light-up talking and also the hypno-disruptor effect which wasn't in the original scene. This effect here; watch closely... keep watching... don't stop watching...

FANTASTIC work, mate! Thanks for another beautiful work of art, you continue to impress and hit the nostalgia bullseye.

Will we be seeing your debut of MP-36 anytime soon? :)

Thanks! I still don't have Megs yet, but I'm sure I'll get him somehow, sometime...
Sometimes I'm not keen on FT figures at all (Seaspray, Reflector), other times they're pretty good (Hound, Insecticons), and often they're great (Dinobots, Galvatron)... But their Skyfire is beyond awesome, believe me. I can't recommend that figure enough. Just epically huge, accurate and well built. One of my top favourites! :thumb
    Cheers guys!

Lol thanks, not the money I just purely missed the boat on him. Left it too late to preorder and no spare stock was available on release like there usually is with MPs. Guess he's popular!

Ah, I see! He's popular indeed, and with good reason. I hope you can get in on one when he's re-released. I'd love to see what you'd create with him!

I'm certain I will get him. I'd have to do something about that toon insignia though, that was one of the things that held me back (if only he'd come with another chest piece with the regular Con logo on).

The great thing about the gif format is you can do epic elaborate sequences like that Independence Day one above, but also at the opposite end of the spectrum (in terms of animation I've had to do!) just simple little scenes like this...

It's a bit of a mood piece, isn't it? ... Just imagine the background sound of the energy flow echoing around the temple, and the occasional metallic clink from Spike...
