Nice as always
Love it. You should change it to Jason or Freddy and show Spike getting mauled!
Or Jar jar binks and Hound ejecting him!
That's tikgnat's job
Or put an 'H' on the guy's forehead maybe...
Thanks for noticing!
And make him do the salute!
Great as always!
And love the little touch of MMC Sphinx's feet in the scene.
Beautiful, so classy.
All the best
Hi I occasionally check out this thread.
I've just made a video review (Iron factory fembots) which includes two sections of stop motion. (start and end),
thought I'd post it over here, I can make them available as gif's if anyone wants em'.
Thanks! Accurate to the toon as always; Mirage was easy but I've been waiting for a decent Trailbreaker to finish that scene for ages... X-TB's should be here any time now and then I can finally complete the Soundwave & Ravage Ark infiltration video I started so long ago!
Brief but not bad!
Also, I think that's the first time I've ever seen a TF on a toilet!
Just curious, what didn't you like about MMC's or BC's Trailbreakers?
Looking forward to it.
Sometimes too much choice is a bad thing! I've always figured TB would be a character TT will do sooner or later (good relations with Toyota) so I was going to try and wait it out. MMC's was a good bot but they blew the alt mode, and I didn't like their Hoist. I guess Badcube's TB was pretty impressive, but again their Hoist wasn't doing much for me, so I kept holding back. Glad I did, because even though an official TT version still hasn't appeared, X-TB really illustrated to me why I hadn't been wowed by MMC or BC. Kinda like the first porridge was too hot, the second was too cold, this one is just right, if you get what I mean
Warning, slight tangent here...
After my Target: 2006 gifs I wanted to see that toon/MP/comic look depicted on a comic cover, so who better to turn to than the master of comic cover recreations @kgorman79! And so it came to pass that we have collaborated to create a fictional comic cover; an alternate version of issue #80. Inspired by my version of Target: 2006 (see earlier in this thread for details), the concept was 'what might a comic cover to that look like?'
So using a frame from this gif...
...I added some landscape to give us a portrait composition. Kev then worked his comic cover magic, and added some clouds and a cool vortex. I tweaked his final image to blend it all together and Hey Presto!
All the best
Nice work guys.
I still remember the day I got that comic. 2 days after my 10th birthday.
WOW, just WOW!
Quoted for truth..............definitely my dream team, huge fans of both of you?
All the best
Love seeing you bring some (stop) motion to your already awesome photography style.
