I like your use of static moments, and reusing frames to create looped movements. Animation is often about choosing when not to move a figure as much as when to move it!

I don't blame you, lighting does need to be bright to get good focus etc. But one of my favourite parts of animation is choosing how to light shots. Just playing around with high/low lights and lighting from different sides (or even backlight, coloured light and multiple lights) gives a huge amount of control over how your scene feels. I also like to throw in flashes etc when I know laser fire/explosions will be added in later.

 

Yeah. Thanks. Instead of retaking same shots, I can just put previous ones in to give a desired effect. Like w/ the shaking of Bumblebees head when he's sitting.

It helped make it clear that he was bailing real quick lol. The one criticism I can give is that your shadow at the end is clearly visible since I'm guessing you're holding Starscream off-screen. That would be easily fixed by arranging the lighting and camera angles so your shadow won't be in the picture.

I never owned one, so it was new to me! Was just a cheap battered one off eBay so the joints are loose as hell, but that alt mode is retro-futurism space-car gold!
