The TRU in the next town has the new Transformers since the 1st ($12 for Deluxe)... as does my local K-Mart ($13). But... my local Target and Wal Mart has yet to get anything.

    This happening anywhere else?

Yep. The Target stores in Michigan haven't gotten any of the newly-released figures yet. If they have any TFs at all, it's mostly a small number of the NEST figures and other shelf-warmers.

Fuck my Wal Mart, I'm not getting into it.

Target still has a nice selection of (old) Voyagers, still nothing new.

Same in my area. I'm not too sure what those jackass stores are doing.

I'm really curious why Target and Walmart are lagging so far behind TRU. Was there some special backroom deal made? Also, why is TRU trickling out the figures? I still haven't seen Thrust or Drift

I too haven't found those two figures. Nothing at my WMs and Targets, and my TRU is restocking th new TFs very slowly.

Because Generations isn't mainline....If it was it would been flooded everywhere.

I found PCC, HFTD Legends, Activators and a H.A Mudflap back on Tuesday when i saw Toy Story 3.

Dran0n, just letting you know that Chuck Klosterman's facts about Philly are wrong. We threw snow balls at Santa and D batteries at JD Drew.

I did manage to find 1 single Thrust and 2 Drifts once at a local TRU, along with 2 each of WFC Optimus Prime and WFC Bumblebee. So surely they are out there, it's just a matter of getting to the store fast enough to grab a hold of them.

They'll come out sooner or later. I spotted some HTFD figures at a WM in Socal a few days ago.

Yeah I've seen pretty much everything (Leader SS, PCC, HFTD) but I'm really only interested in Generations, HA and Seaspray... none of which I've seen.

because target and walmart are doing toy resets for the holidays. I work at target and we're not getting anything new in until the reset is done. It's the same with walmart.

My local Walmart restocked its transformers the other day. The following warmed the pegs months ago and they just got more: Desert Attack Brawl, Deadend, Thrust ,Gears, Arcee, and more Mudflaps. How are they going to bring in the new figures when they keep restocking pegwarmers. I am not even going to mention Target.

Then they're out here. I'm in the Central Valley, so I guess it stands to reason that they'll be here any day now.

Plus, I work at WM part time... but I know I won't get any answers from anyone there- don't ask.

I heard that TRU and Hasbro had an agreement where the former would sell the Generation toys as part of promoting WFC.

Umm... Toys R Us is a specialty toy store. They sell toys and little else. They get toys as soon as they can because it's what they do. Sell toys.

Walmart and Target are "buy everything you could possibly need here" kinds of stores that just have a section for toys. For kids to rampage through while the parents stock up on bedsheets and towels, or buy a new cutlery set and a toaster oven.
