Hey guys, please keep one of my employees in your hearts and minds today. She unknowingly carried a baby who had died for about a week before it was discovered - even during her baby shower. She then had to wait three days to get her blood pressure down before it was safe to give birth, all along knowing the baby would be a stillborn. I don't usually get wound up in these types of things, but this one has hit our entire staff pretty hard. We were all looking forward to her little one, and as some of you may know, my wife and I are trying very hard to get pregnant while overcoming some obstacles. So this one is hitting home a bit (and I also have five younger brothers and a sister). Then today they brought the memory box with the baby's footprint and lock of hair, next to her picture they took before the burial. Tough. Please think of her and, again, keep her in your thoughts.
