News Post: Steven Spielberg Transformers Hall Of Fame Induction Video
Credits - Krem and FatalT 71
Good for him.
(Yeah, that's pretty much all I can think of...)
Cool, now on to Erector..
Don Murphy deserves a video like this much more than Spielberg, just saying.
He also deserves a punch in the face and a flail in his anus much more than anybody in the world. Just saying.

"While we were focused on telling the stories of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee... Steven Spielberg focused primarily on telling the human story."
Oh, so that's who ruined these movies.
This is now a bookmarked page on my computer. I'm a MAJOR Steven Spielberg fan so I'm incredibly happy to see this! Thumbs up to Spielberg!
It's because of Steven Spielberg that I got into movies. I wish it was my job to work in Hollywood making movies. I was in 3rd grade when Jurassic Park came out and I've been hooked on films ever since.
Thank you Mr. Spielberg.
Have to disagree heavily with that. The Spielberg touches in the first movie made it special, was exactly what it needed, and you could tell that he gave Michael Bay full creative in ROTF, instead of contributing himself.
My opinion about Spielberg's work in this movie is the same that last "Indiana Jones" movie.
I grew up watching Spielberg movies. So many great ones. But I wanted a Transformers movie about the robots, not the people. Too many great Transformers characters to reduce most of them to set pieces.
Best. Director. Ever!
Nicely done Mr Spielberg. Does that mean we can expect to see more videos from the HOF event soon?
If it's unflattering, then I'd have to agree.
actually the fist movie was PERFECT. it was mr. Bay's stupid toilet humor that trashed the second film. the movies aren't ruined, just different from any other tf franchise, as all the other tf franchises are somewhat 'different' from eachother.
I think that the movies are different than any other franchise in that they aren't about Transformers. When I was a kid, I never wanted to see more of Spike & Sparkplug.
Still, there must be something to the movies. I find myself watching them often when they turn up on cable. Maybe because they're the only game in town.
Expect that Bay flat out stated that nobody tells him how to make a movie- including Spielberg.
So whatever "special touches" that were in the first film came from Bay- not Spielberg.
