    this sucks, I was a HUGE fan of his when he was playing for the Titans. Makes me very sad to hear this...and geez, this summer has been pretty eventful for deaths huh?

    Rest in Peace Air McNair.. :cry

    Wow that really does suck. He was a good quarterback when he was with the titans and did pretty good in baltimore also.

    I was blown away by this.. One of my all time favorites in the NFL, a southern boy and the real beginning of the scramble/run QB in the modern era. Sad, sad day.

    RIP Air McNair. I remember the year that the Jags were 14-2 and all 3 losses (AFC Championship in Jax) came to Air McNair and his TE release, Frank Wychek. That home game was the first loss of the season, pouring rain, nighttime and he drove the ball 96 yards to beat us at the last minute...

    Whaaaat the fuck?! I remember McNair from when the Oilers were still in Houston and stayed a fan after he/they went to Tennessee.

    Live in Middle TN(not a football watcher though) so i remember him of course, seemed like a nice guy from what you could tell by seeing interviews and the such.

    I don't know if this is true or not, but some guy told me lastnight it was some jealous woman that shot and killed him and that 20 yr-old woman.
