As is rather apparent by the number of repaints I've done of this particular mold, Sideswipe is one of my favourite characters, regardless of generation.
My take on a Stealth Force Shadowblade Sideswipe...
Satin black on gunmetal, with some gold and silver for detailing. Seems stealthy enough to me... The paint and topcoat didn't turn out THAT great for this one, sadly...
Weapons were scavenged from a TF Prime Bumblebee and one of the DOTM wreckers [?Topspin?...]

    Thanx guys. :)
Surprisingly enough, I think that the DOTM Sideswipe is the best of the movie Sides produced somehow?...
alt mode's sleek, and robot mode has the sleekest appearance of all the various Sideswipe molds, I think... and this one is the most stable... it's just such a pity that Hasbro and Takara have given him one of the crappiest non-paint jobs ever. >____<

well, takara did a nice paint job. Hasbro, not so much haha. Awesome paint job! Looks like a metallic black (like ironhide in ROTF in the opening scene)

    Thanx man. XD
Hmmm... definitely the case for ROTF, but for DOTM... both Takara and Hasbro didn't paint Sides much. T______T
I used a matt black Tamiya spray paint actually, with a gloss topcoat... came out with an effect almost satin black. Kinda pleasantly surprised at that. XD
