    OMG, I love Static Shock!

I've seen some episodes of it on WB. Nice to know it's airing on Toon Disney.

Though, I've been thinking about getting it on DVD.

Dude, just 'cuz it's on wikipedia don't make it fact.

Also, you can't translate "Warner Bros. has no plans to release the series on DVD" as "outright refusal" to release the series on DVD.

I believe that "quote" came from a Home Theater Forum Q&A with WHV (Warner Home Video) in which it was just simply stated that they "had no plans at this time" to release Static Shock. But in a more recent Q&A WHV stated, "We'll evaluate future DC releases in due time."

Besides, with the current lagging DVD sales (especially on niche, specialty titles like "Static Shock"), it makes sense to me why they wouldn't have plans to release one at least in the near future.

However, they are releasing the first season of The Zeta Project in March, so who knows -- you might just see Static on DVD in the next year or two.
