The man has a point...
Hopefully God doesn't lose...*couldn't thing of a good OJ joke to go along with this*
Why do I have the feeling I've heard this before? Like, at least a year ago?
I have a feeling this thread isn't going to last long.
God's been sued before, with the church acting as proxy I believe...
Well, Ernie Chambers is gonna have to answer for that when he arrives at the Pearly Gates....then God will sue him.
Well the news story was posted today.
Hilarity ensues when he is struck by lightning on the front steps of the court house.
A group of Jews in a Nazi concentration camp once put God on trial.
Oddly that would probably prove his case has merit.
whole venture is pointless
made it before closure
.... speachless ....this crap gets more rediculous all the time
I think thats the point of the lawsuit.
Now if only someone would sue the government for overall failure to govern without corruption or selflessness.
and exactly which government are we referring to?
d) all of the above
D.) all of the above...certainly.
D, but that goes into politics...
That's kind of along the lines of what I was thinking.
aren't there a couple senator jobs/roles/responsibilities he should be doing instead getting paid to play games?
Umm...what? I'll admit I'm not very familiar with the case in the first paragraph of this quote, so could someone possibly explain the logical jump going on here between these paragraphs? He didn't like that someone was suing the judge? If his point is that the courts shouldn't allow just anyone to sue just anyone else, then exactly where does he want the courts to step in to say "alright, Americans, the following people are off-limits to sue..."?
The whole thing is ridiculous. On the upside, all the time he spends doing this is less time he has to pass laws that will cause voters/taxpayers actual problems.
When has something like that ever happened?
