Starscream's voice : Better Or Worse
Do you think his new ROTF voice was better. Answer in Poll
Worse. Much, much worse.
He sounded, and was, better in the first film.
Was more G1 this time around but definitely not as cool as the first film... trying to imagine his lines in Reign of Starscream with the weedy voice of RoTF Screamer is difficult to say the least.
starscream needs a full Face and Body
Didn't Charlie Adler do the voice in both?
And he had like one line in the first movie.
I don't see anything to compare.
I don't get how it was worse. It sounded like Starscream should sound.
I voted for better, although I'd say they were on a par. Soundwave is da man!
THANK YOU! I noticed since the first time I watched this movie that his voice was different. It was by the same person as before but there were differences but no one around me believed me. I think they thought I was mad... MAD... me? Can you imagine that?
I like the more raspy Starscream better as it's more like his character... so better.
Well, he only had one line in TF1, so hearing him speak more in ROTF was already better in itself!
he sounded basically the same to me. he only said a couple of words in the first movie so its kind of hard to compare that with the new one. he had more emotion in rotf, but i think thats just a case of the situation and the fact he had some character development.
I liked how the voice in the first film better, the elctronic feel to it, now it feels too "organic"
Movie 1. I liked it' semi-gravellyness.
Better. Then again, if he had more than 1 line in the first movie I might have a better opinion of it.
Now the Starscream from the first movie DS games? Fantastic.
The humans have taken it!
I think it's slightly better that G1.
I honestly don't know and this has been bugging me more so since he is my favorite.
Both his voice and actions in RotF didn't feel G1 and didn't feel like the first movie.
I liked how he was in the first movie because he seemed strong, cunning, and arrogant. Now, he feels like Meg's bish even more so then in G1.
When we first hear his voice on the Nemesis, he sounded like Jafar as a Cobra in Aladdin... but he did sound better later on. "Come here, boy!" and the Coward line at the end sounded really pretty good. I can accept his voice but they need to tone down his bish slapping. If he is gonna get hit, then make it because he actually really pissed off Megatron instead of it being some abusive wife/husband relationship that Megs just takes his frustration out on.
Also.. wtf is up with his voice in the game? Charles did it there, too yet he sounds so crazy deep. He sounds more dominate then Megatron which isn't right.
@Dirge121 I never ended up finishing the DS game but I think the same voice actor did the first movie game, too, didn't he? Does it sound the same in both games?
I didn't feel it any different other than the modulation used.
both megatron's and starscream's voices were a lot less synthecized this time around. i liked the voices more in this movie than the last
