    Hi all,

I was mooching around e-hobby and found this

    http://www.e-hobby.co.jp/cgi-bin/omc?port=33301&req=PRODUCT&code=tf_movie_13

The text, as far as I can make out with my trusty katakana dictionary calls it "Protoform Starscream", and while it's clearly the same basic mold, it's not like any version I've seen before.

Does anybody have any insights on this?

Apologies if this has been discussed somewhere earlier...

This is similar to the image HLJ use:

However the packaged image they have show it is clearly the USA version that you'd get. It's too bad because I like the other paint scheme A LOT better.

    Ebay:
It's his original head design. Go look at the back of your protoform packaging.

Welcome! And yes, just a prototype.

    Thanks :)

Ah, that's a shame - it was like an ideal figure (I like the design, but it's the colour and the head that have put me off getting the actual Protoform Starscream).

Ah well, I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed that it gets revived at some point somehow...
