Well, the TF movies certainly generated some strong opinions.

For me, I loved some of the designs, but they were mostly Autobots. I didn't much care for the Rock Lord-mutant bug fusion for the 'Cons. Starscream, in particular, is one of my most disliked designs, well, ever.

However, I liked the movie concepts of real world parts, and complex, serious arse kicking designs like Sideswipe and Ironhide.

So, I thought why not not have a little fun with a reboot? My very own director's cut?

    TAKE TWO!

That is so much better than the actual movie design that I can't express it in words without profanity. >_> What's the head, Longarm/Hoist?

Really neat idea and the paint apps are amazing, having said that the head seems a slight to big imo. Cool concept for sure

Great custom, though I don't think he really fits Starscream's character.

this is an awesome concept and paint job :)

is this a cross overs Ironman for the body? I think it works.

I really hated the monkey bug thing that was movie SS, and this fits him a lot better. The head doesn't quite work for me though. It's a cool head but not one that would fit with a character as vain as SS I think.

But worlds better than the "official" version though :)

I'm in total agreement with you on the movie design choices. The farther we get from them, the less I like them. I never liked Starscream either.

I love what you've done here. The head is a touch too big for this body, but the concept is sound and the execution is solid. Great work all around. Would love to see more.

I think the head is a perfect size for the body, very 'human'-like proportions imo

    It's made from a HFTD Terradive/DOTM Space-Case.

I think this mold works for starscream (IMO). Like the OP said the original starscream mold was craptastic (I thought the same thing). awesome job!

heh, very cool concept, and one that fits Starscream really well too. XD
... mebbe you might wanna revise the paint job for the head a bit?... I have a feeling why a lot of us are feeling the head is a bit weird is cuz of the silver panels around the forehead... if you changed those to black, it'd give him a more G1 feel instead of a widow's peak and a cat ear headband...
    up to you though...
damn fine job. might consider doing something similar. XD

I know you are going for movie design, but if you would like it look a bit more g1 (and less robowang) you can remove the pin on the nosecone and have it fold down, having the cockpit facing out.

Looks great the way it is too though! and I love your paint job! keep up the work and I'd love to see the other seekers!

Awesome! That mold works surprisingly well for Starcream. The head is really good too, if a bit big. All I'd change would be to add more color in vehicle mode.
