What are the chances of you changing your avatar so I don't have to see your face everytime I check out a topic in the forum?

They're shipping in the same case as the Star Wars ones? That's... not a good decision...

hmmm. star wars -vs- TF. in one box. wierd.
overall, i jsut don't get the whole attacktix thing, but then again, i assume i'm not the taarget market...

I remain shocked as i was at Toyfare that Omega Sentinal and Omega Supreme got different molds...

and lastly, it looks like ANH Luke is about to get his grey matter smeared all over the side of the box by Cyb. Megs...
what are the chances of YOU changing your avatar because it gives me the freaking heebiee-Jeebies ;)  :p

Definitely. This means they'll be harder to find, AND we'll have to wait for the Star Wars crap to sell out too for a restock. I can already here the sound of BBTS jacking up the price on them.

    Bad Hasbro, bad! :stick:

A warning? For what? Maybe you should give yourself a warning for using profanity and why doesn't Nevermore get a warning for being an arrogant know it all?

I would assume that, because he brings in a good portion of the news here, Nevermore is treated with a good dose of reverence - enough that he can pick on relatively new folks about their lack of knowledge about transformers and post smarmy questions without getting in trouble for any of it.

I've always wondered this as well, actually. I mean, he's ostensibly broken the first rule of the boards more than his fair share of times without being called on it, when others get called on it routinely.

Yeah, I appreciate news but sometimes the news he provides is just plain old misinformation that gets people all stirred up (BT Prime being canceled). regardless, there is no excuse or need for arrogance. It takes the enjoyment out of this hobby. Not everyone has been into this forever. So, why should a newcomer be treated like an idiot because he may ask a question that many other fans already know? Everyone should feel welcomed.

So, we should tolerate unfriendly behavior cause someone has more time then the rest of us to dig up news on robots? Me thinks not.

Actually...that's about the way it works, it would seem. Spend a whole lot of time doing research on Transformers, taking tons of pictures of them, or doing thorough reviews of a whole bunch of them seems to be the pathway to being allowed to have enough clout to pick on people without getting in trouble.

I would bite my tongue here, but I haven't seen much to disprove this. It's a "recipe for success," you might say.

Ops and Rherk, you guys are getting out of line. Just because you do not like the demeanor or posting style of a user does not give you the right to flame bait them. Rherk, you were way out of line with your initial post, and recieved a warnign for it. Administrative decisions are not open for public discussion. If you have a problem with my decision, then PM me about it.

If you both continue down with this beyond this point, your ability to participate in this thread will be removed.

That's an excellent decision. Think about it, how many series of Attacktix are out? The answer is three and they've all been Star Wars. So by doing half of this series as SW vs TF, they can sell them to the SW players who may not want to use TF figures.

And for the reverse, it might get a few TF fans to pick up the game and play with the other SW series.

    Marketing 101.

I've been thinking the exact same thing (as well as the comment about Nevermore's avatar) for a while now. :D  Back on topic, however, I might actually have bought these things if they weren't packaged with Star Wars crap. 'Nuff said.
