will the 3d star wars films be the ones that were ones that came with the blu ray box set
I can't answer that for you...
my question is this:
does anyone want to see episode 1 in 3d?
I'm kind of curious to see how it turns out
I definitely want to see it in 3d, because I have a feeling it will be good 3d. Also It is just awesome to see Star Wars in the cinema.
That and I love Episode 1
I see no reason why it would not be the blu ray version.
Very good question and my answer is..yes and no. Yes, because some part of my geek fanboy heart will always loves SW, and no because I thought Episode 1 was absolutely horrible. Definitely the worst movie of the lot, and 3d isn't going to fix any of what didn't work. The moment Jar Jar comes on the screen and starts in with his gibberish vaguely racist goober talk, my mind tends to shut down and I'm taken right out of the story. Can't help it.
I was talking about all of them.
Yes. I do. It won't be as amazing as something like HUGO. But I don't really care.
Oh, and I think the plan is to bring them all out, yes. Wish they had started with the originals, but maybe it was easier to work with current material, should the be wanting to refer to some still-fresh effect shots that might still be layered somewhere.
I can't wait to see Episode I in theaters again. It's been long enough since it originally came out that I'm feeling a bit of genuine nostalgia for it. I'm not an advocate of 3D, but if anything ever deserved to fly off the screen into your face, it's Jar Jar's tongue.
Yup, any changes that we saw in the Blurays will be in the 3D version, and there will probably be a few new changes as well.
For those who hate the idea of Episode 1 in 3D, this I say to you: why not just wait for a few more years, and then we can all go and see the originals in the cinemas? For those of us who never got the chance, this is pretty awesome.
after seeing the film I can confirm that they are the blu ray version
