I got one of those early on, and it's okay. The new ones took out the elbow joint on Star Saber, though. On the plus side, mine combines just fine!

I haven't seen them in person but they've been around a while. They're based on the Robotmasters versions. Not a bad price, and great characters of course!

Yeah, got mine awhile back, too.
I like them, for KO's. Fit my Robot Masters collection just fine until I get the real things in a month or so.

They also had the X-Gunner/Delta Seeker KO two pack, and the bikes Road Rocket and Double Face KO's as a two pack. Not bad, overall. Good customization fodder.

Ya , I just opened it, and Star Sabers legs dont fold at all, but cool for robot display.

yeah, the piece where it should fold is molded in, instead of having a pin.

I have these as well. They're pretty good, definitely worth the money, but the stickers are crap (good thing they fall off eventually anyway) and handle broke off of Star Saber's sword on mine.

Star Sabre seems to be missing parts to me too and doens't really transform, but it looks cool combined. I never opened my original Robot Masters version.

I got a different pack for Christmas 2 years ago. They suck. I just threw them out about a week ago.

Sounds like these are crappier new versions. I have an older pair I got from a buddy of mine from these boards, and aside from being loose and having plastic quality of decent knockoffs (the Brave Max KOs I got at Big Lots has some really good plastic for KOs), the pair both transform and combine just fine.

this pack is garbage. both bots are about as low-grade as a KO can get, and only victory leo can transform. star saber's knees cant move for transformation as stated already, but saber isnt molded separately. star saber's body is just two solid pieces of plastic. so transformation is 100% impossible.

I got the KO Star Saber before for $1 and was pretty pleased with it (it transformed just fine). I just need Victory Leo...

It was about 2 or 3 years ago. They honestly feel like really old, worn, but still usable toys... like the ones you find that you had as a kid, have lots of loose joints, but otherwise are fine. Best KOs I've ever gotten.
