Star Convoy different versions??

    I was looking into buying a star convoy today and one person on eBay is selling on as a dealers version?? I don't know what that is but is it rarer than the regular because it seems to be about $50 bucks more than other regular box star convoys.

    The dealer version you are talking about is actually the original Star Convoy not the reissue. That one is from a seller from Singapore and hes asking $299 for him. The other ones are the reissue so they are going to cost less.

    the original's Star / cross on his chest is yellow, while the reissue is gold. Plus the 2004 reissue is obviously way cheaper and more abundant, naturally.

    O i know the difference between the reissue and the original but just wanted to know the difference between the two G1 versions.

    The toys are identical. The "dealer version" is actually a store display. It came in a brown shipping box with a cardboard display that attached to the back of Star Convoy. The one in the ebay auction is missing the display. SO your really only paying for a cardboard shipping box, since it doesn't come with the normal release package.
