    Hey all,

Always been a dye n' brush guy myself, but I've been toying around with using some spray paints on my next few customs, and wanted to run a question past you more experienced sprayers.

If I pick a good primer-spray (I think I've got a good one), does the type of colored-spray I use on the successive coats matter?

Which is to ask, does Krylon-Fusion fusion through a primer-coat, or is Fusion only really necessary if you're laying color down directly?

    Thoughts? Opinions? Advice?

    Simple answer/thoughts on this...
Fusion bonds great to plastic. being it is paint, anything OVER and ON the fusion will bond to the fusion layer well.

    Ebay:
I would put fusion down first, your primer might not bind and then it and the fusion would flake.

Fusion=best primer I've come across. Supposedly there's a flat white out there somewhere but I"ve never seen it...still, I use it on all my stuff now!

The only downside to Kryon Fusion is that it seems some retail stores are either phasing it out or just not getting much of it in stock.

Hehe, way to resurrect the Zombie thread, but still good advice!

Unfortunately I've laid down my brushes and have been hiring the masters to do my dirty work for me of late.

And What fun journey it's been so far!
