From the Tip: All that Jazz
By Priscilla Tramontano, coming in March.
Priscilla is an amazing talent
glad to see her color something for IDW
Jazz looks pretty calm there.
So is the equation do a good Mosaic = get job at IDW?
who is he fighting?
One of the predacons I believe, looks like Razorclaw
Man, I can't wait for this issue, if not for Razorclaw getting some decent screentime again!
It looks very cool and I can't wait to get this issue.
That looks like 2 bots in the Octagon... good stuff!
Jazz: Smell my under arm odors.
Razorclaw: No! My nose is much more sensitive than mosts.
Special OPS Goodness!
Looking very good, can't wait for it.
jazz rocks! maby jazz will get the atention he deserves 25 years on...........
or maby they kill him off at the end!
How dare you sir? J/K I doubt they'd do that or maybe it's that I hope they don't do that. Either way after reading AHM #4 and #5 I think Jazz will be full of badassness in this new comic
Any word on who's writing this? My money is on another Shane McCarthy work, seeing as he's trying to make Jazz into some bad-ass second in command (Jazz just tackled Springer and Blurr to show Kup (apparently the new leader of the Wreckers and having a serious Nick Fury complex) he's a tough guy....
Josh van Reyk and Shaun Knowler [of Transformers:Mosaic fame] are writing this
Actually I got a kick out of that scene because Kup is totally oldschool Marvel Nick Fury, while Jazz is played to the hilt as the uber-cool, secretive Ultimate Nick Fury (Sam Jackson style). Pretty funny.
It's about time that Jazz got to be awesome... a lot of those G1 Autobot cars tend to get treated like generic robot soldiers, and come off as less impressive than some of the later characters.
I think the idea of a hand-to-hand duel with Razorclaw is kind of cool... I can totally see his personality applied to a martial arts philosophy... no wasted motion or energy... languid to lethal in a split-second!
Hope this is good!
The original ARC crew, the 1984 cars were the autobots best and brightest. They were all specialists and should easily overshadow any of the season 3 bots. There was a reason Wheelie was lost, Hot Rod was left behind and Sky Lynks wasn't depended on until after the originals were massacred.
Its awesome that Jazz is getting a chance to shine. The art looks amazing.
