Me, too, I meant why do so many like him as if he were a cool guy who doesn't afraid of anything? Megatron? Leader of Decepticons, bloodthirsty, ruthless, caused a war that destroyed his own palent and has stretched out into the universe, threatening all. He derseves an awesoem, big death. Optimus? Noble leader, fierce fighter for freedom and friend to all humans, enemy to all evil. He deserved, (and got) a good detah. Starscream? Whiney, cowardly backstabber who "couldn't lead ant-droids to a picnic." Deserves to be bitch-slapped, but getting blown up by a human is just as good. I like Starscream, but I like him because of how obnoxious and pathetic he is made to be. I love to hate him. To me, getting taken out by a human is a perfect, ironic death for such a great, big jerk. Also means Bumblebee saves Hardcore Eddie. (I assume he's one of the dudes falling away) I was about to say "but he's still alive, just dying" I realised how many 'bots get hit with huge explosions and walk away like they stubbed their toe but tried to take it like a champ. He prolly dead, though.
I dunno alot of cons took shots like that to the face POINT BLANK by powered prime and didn't die so someone weaker like bee could not kill Starscream!!!!
I can see it now: Stascream: "Hahaha! Humans are so weak, taking their planet shall be easy!" *Hardcore eddie tackles him* Eddie: "HOW'S THAT FOR WEAK, BITCH? YOU JUST GOT YOUR ASS FLATTENED BY THE COLE TRAIN!" *Hardcore Eddie sticks a bomb or something in Starscream's belly, he blows up. Bumblebee catches them* Eddie: "Hey, BB!"

So it's not Hardcore Eddie. Unless he shot him with a bazooka from a distance away. Which I guess they could still do my idea if you replace the tackling of Eddie with the tackling of an RPG and take out the bomb > belly part.
well ....it still looks attached..... but as i keep re-watching, his body just lights up like a broken firecracker. he gets blown in this shot, then in the next he will fall off the roof and die. cased closed. sorry for your loss mikediaz, he was a great......uh,.... megatron's bitch. He will be missed.
I'm not saying that isn't the blow that kills him. I'm not saying this isn't when Starscream dies. I'm saying that if anyone's afraid that this is the very last screenshot we see of Starscream, they're wrong. Starscream isn't going to never show up after this scene (if he dies here). He will be shown, in the exact same scene, moments later, falling off the building or something, the camera focusing on his corpse showing he's definetly dead.
It looks like his head is still attached (Unless I'm looking at something else, I can see single red optic) but the way his body just goes limp like that... either he just got knocked the fuck out out he's... he's... WHYY DAMMIT?!?! Would it be too ridiculous if in the 4th movie (If they decide to make a 4th) he came back as an energon ghost?
It's also the third installment of a highly profitable series, and Starscream (who's one of the most well known Transformers) has perhaps the most distinctive silhouette of any TF. But I see your point. I hope Screamer's death is memorable. His G1 and Animated counterparts had spectacular deaths, would hate for this one to get lost in the Baysplosions.
His head is still attached, and at least one optic is still glowing. He's seriously hurt though, with most of his chest blown apart, but it doesn't look like this is his final moment. If he dies, it's probably a bit after this.
Not to mention Armada SS, which had the best SS death of all. The one thing all those SS had in common was that they were good characters, tho. I don't really care about this SS's death, because as a character he's pretty generic.
