Eh, I don't think it needs that much, you'd prolly just have to mod that one clip holding him together. Right now it's on a pin, you could prolly make it work with a Peg or joint similar to what keeps his shield on his back. He already has that connector piece in his torso that holds him together in bot mode, just need to mod that jointed flap that lets him move between modes.
