The AllSpark created life for Transformers, as a race.
Transformers can be born as seen in ROTF on the Nemesis.
The idea though is that Optimus was created by the Quintessons/Creators just to end the Cybertronian War.

Well, they are reversed engineered from the dead Decepticons.

 

Maybe 'Transformium' powers the AllSpark in a similar way to the way the Sun Harvester repowered the AllSpark.

 

I think it's good that Bay decided to use human made transformers for canon fodder instead of naming them with legendary characters only to be killed off and not letting them having charactization.

 

For this film at least. Not too sure how it'll pan out in TF5.

 

I hope it would be at least 2-3 main decepticons villain where the characters are fleshed out like the Autobots in AOE. The rest can be like the Vehicons army.

 

Dual origin like the G1 cartoon, Quintessons built the Cybetronians but it was the Vector Sigma that gave them life.

Sound like to me the Creators merely provided the metal TFs are made of while the Allspark gave them Energon to live and have Sparks.

Which leads me to theorize that the Dinobots were originally cyberformed dead dinosaur husks given life by the Allspark.

KSI Transformers do not need Energon and lacks sparks. KSI TFs transforming like KreOs may have something to do with no Energon.

 

so what are the knights of Cybertron (who are members,origin)

 

We don't know,maybe the Dinobots 'cause Prime says in cybertronian "The legend is true" to them,no origin tough.The ship also belonged once to the knights and Lockdown captured them all turning the ship into a prison ship

Im thinking that the Creators created the Allspark and give it a some kind of power. And the TFs believe that the Allspark is their creator.

 

Something to add. The garbage truck deception makes an appearance but is comprised of 3 smaller bots like reflector.

Just got back from seeing it. I was kind of disheartened by reading reviews and listening to people who had seen it first. The movie blew me away! Really well done and we finally have Transformer characterization! A lot of it!

The transformers only speak English and Cybertronian.

There is Mandarin and Cantonese spoken in the film by various human actors.

 

That actually makes no sense Bay's second movie the first primes tell Sam right then Optimus is their descendant so if he was created by someone else he wouldn't have been a prime- Primes are specifically from Primus in all the series when Unicron mentions Optimus he refers to him as follower of Primus or something like that.
I believe this new movie he has jumbled up and forgot what he had in the first movies.

I don't know, I see it as they cyrber-formatted Cybertron, created the Prime's than the rest of the Cybertronians and programmed with false information on their origin to keep them at ease.
