    Observation

#1. Rightfully so... Seeing the humans were trying to wipe out both Optimus and the rest of the Autobots...

Anyone get the feeling in some ways that Optimus was emulating Sentinel's behavior and view of the humans through about half of the movie? Except for the one's that were trying to save them (Cade and crew)? That was the impression I was left with...

    Thought

#2. Think we will see a scene where the next movie will have some Cons combiner versus the Dinbots?

1.No, Sentinel saw humans as fundamentally beneath Cybertronians, as tools to be used for the rebuilding of Cybertron. For most of the movie, Optimus saw humans as fools and betrayers, barely worth saving, though he still acted on his principles to save humanity one last time. Of course, he was convinced not to abandon humanity when he was reminded of the good humans were capable of by Cade and co.

    2. There's no evidence to support that but it isn't impossible.

optimus saw humans as murdering his people. thus in his mind it was a war between autobots and humans.
