So no more Spock cameo's, no more William Bell and no more Trek conventions.
I'm sad to see him go, but at almost 80 years young, he's probably wanting a rest.

Damn this just makes me wish even more that Bay could've got him to voice the Fallen. Hell I wouldn't have mind if Megatron came back as Galvatron in ROTF if only to have Nimoy voice him. I'm gonna miss him but he more than deserves to rest now

Thanks for bringing to life one of the most memorable sci fi characters, and for making Galvatron one of the badass-sounding cartoon badguys.

Nimoy has done more to better Star Trek than Shatner has.

I am just happy to have seen him and William Shatner at a Star Trek convention 10 yrs ago. Happy Retirement Leonard.

Good luck to him. Going out on a high note is the best way to do it.

Ah that's a shame, however his part in the new Star Trek movie seemed to forshadow this, with him passing the role in the movie. Well, that's how I saw it.
