Okay so are there any tricks I'm missing to get this guy's upper body apart? I removed the two screws at the shoulders and it starts to come apart, but I feel like I'm going to break him at the waist by the swivel joint. How did you guys get him apart?
There's a very small screw behind the base of his crotch. Undo that, and the back side of the pelvis will separate (watch those hip flaps! They like to fly). Once you get the backside off, the torso will separate. The trick to getting the pelvis off completely is to turn it around, as the mushroom peg from the torso that forms the waist swivel is in two pieces. The chest panel prevents the front of the pelvis from just pulling off, so you need to spin it around and it'll come right off.
