That was just great. Definitely liking most of what I'm seeing, though "Flash" still bugs me. I'm digging this Vulture design for the most part, fits perfectly with this continuity. Michael Keaton I know will do a great job but I am worried the depiction will be a luckluster. The villains are usually the weak link in the movies. I hope he doesn't job hard.
It's funny when you remember that the Vulture is one of the reasons why Sony stopped Spider-man 4 under Rami. They had a big fight over his choice of Villain and then had a very short turn around date. So Rami dropped out saying he didn't have time to develop a good script.
Not to forget Spider-Man 3, as Vulture was meant to appear there to be played by Ben Kingsley, but Avi Arad said no, because he wanted Venom as the third villain
That was an amazing trailer to what I'm sure will be an amazing movie. Can't wait till winter 2018 to see the trailer for the next movie.
Ned Leeds is a kid now? That's weird. Watched the trailer and it looks fine. I still have no desire to ever see another Spider-Man movie, but I'm at least glad they are getting the character and franchise back on track for those who are still fans.
Looks good. Not sure how I feel about Tony Stark playing what looks to be a fairly prominent role. The again, it could just be a glorified cameo, and what we see in the trailers is pretty much the extent of his appearance.
Looks amazing. Can't wait. Love his humor. "You guys aren't the real Avengers. Hulk gives it away." So great the way he delivers it. Peter is adorkable. Hope he keeps that charm from Civil War and the trailer for awhile.
I think that maybe Sony has looked around at the idea of the cinematic universe and that's going to slow them down on the idea of hey let's kill off Spider Man's rouges gallery. When your plans are a few sequels and done it's not a long term problem to kill off the villain, but when you have your hopes pinned on a nearly endless series like the comic books or TV then you have to start saving those villains for another day. It's hard to say for sure what Sony will or will not do now that they have teamed up Marvel, but if Sony wants an edge over the other studios then villains might be a place to carve out an edge.
Tom Holland Secretly Enrolled in High School For Spider-Man Prep Well they made Hank Pym into an old man, so Marvel aint afraid of changing the ages of the characters in the films
I watched Spider-man 2 today. I gotta say, it's still a pretty fun movie (despite some of the horrible dialogue). If Homecoming is anywhere near as good as that, I'll be a happy camper.
