and who says it isn't already someone in the show? All it says is someone joins team prime, Wheeljack isn't in team prime, erego he joins team prime which is probably what will happen fans will balk and bitch and moan BUT WE THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING SOMEONE NEW!!!

I want him to finally get his wish granted and join Team Prime. Just imagine the awesomnity of Steve Blum talking to himself in confrontation between Heatwave and Starscream.

 

I hope it's a flyer. All the Autobots are automobiles. We need more variety.

I'd LIKE to think its Ironhide, but that would be too good to be true.

I don't think well see ultra magnus till season 3

I highly doubt it will be a character with out a toy in the works from either hasbro or takara

 

i kind of hope its not ultra magnus. We need some energetic autobots, not more serious ones. Hotshot would be a great addition. but because of the possibility of someone else entirely, i could go for either jetfire (because a flier is really needed), sideswipe (again someone energetic) or maybe jazz for a character absorbed with earth culture. since bulkhead might be out of the show.

Why so he can flip tables when everything goes horribly wrong, and is voiced by Crispin Freeman.

 

Prowl would be perfect. A nice homage to TF Animated even if Bulky miraculously survives.

I'm thinking Hot Shot,Jazz,or Ultra Magnus are the likely canidates.

Or what if it was Heatwave from Rescue Bots? It can work due to RB and TFP being in the same universe and Heatwave mentioning that he'd like to check out Team Prime.

 

This would be so f*ckin sweet AND piss me off at the same time. The description never told us if the join would be permanent, we all want a permanent character though. Heatwave would be badass and fianlly give us what we want (a RB character dont in PRIME style), but I doubt Arcee and Heatwave were friends---that again, is assuming this new autobot is the same person in arcee's past (which I don't think it is). Anyways, heatwave would be sweet but the fact that he'd have to leave the team by the end of the ep would = fan rage.

I personally hope it's Cliff ( as we were told) or tailgate, in her flashback and the events of that ep lead to the next ep, where a new autobot arrives.Jazz with his previous voice actor from animated would be awesome. I'd love HOTSHOT too, but thanks to the toy, that dream died, sicne another 'repaint' of a cast member would be terribly annoying. It's one thing if they're jets (and explained), another if they pick the same damn car.

Magnus will probably be the guy, since his toys (though that's terrible logic, since Ironhide has 2 toys planned/released and he is going to be nowhere in the show, that we were told) and the heavy influence/presence of Wreckers in this series (which he is the leader of).

So, Magnus or Jazz! Prowl would be sweet though, definitely want to see a badass cop car in Prime and Prowl's attitude (that I know of), would be fun to see...he'd be like the opposite of Ratchet with reasons for being upset.

So, Jazz, Magnus or Prowl, plz!!! No Hot Shot--No more repaints!!!
