Nice to see Prowl's in Roche's hands now.
Finally he's back where he belongs.
I'm glad it's finally all starting to come together.
He's still capable of throwing a punch just fine!>
Hah I think he'll have adjusted to the weight by now, he's adjusted to fairly different bodies before, but it does seem like he might reflexively go for a shot.
Heck, he tended to lead with his right too much *before* he got the cannon, according to Starscream.
What does non sequitur mean?
So you're saying that Roberts will tease Grimlock to then have him do nothing?
In the time it took for you to post that and then get an answer, you could have googled it. Non sequitur = irrelevant, deviation from the original topic.
Has anyone stopped to think about this:
1. Grimlock's back. If he ever returns to Cybertron...
2. ...he'll probably meet the other 4 Dinobots, who are also on Cybertron.
3. The Enigma of Combination is also on Cybertron.
Dudes, this is why Hasbro screwed up so bad on Victorion('s paint) and the Masquerade Autobots. They were planning a DINOBOT COMBINER TO BE RELEASED IN 2016!!!!!!!!!
But every other body we've seen has had a massive cannon on the right arm.
A non sequitur is an unrelated tangent.
That's pretty much what he did last time with Grimlock.
He proved that Tarn and the DJD are not immortal. He hurt them.
That's enough for the few panels he has been in.
i really really hope not
Hasbro already said no dinobot combiner.
I am thinking that if Grimlock sees Ultra Magnus it will not be pretty. Even Prowl caused series problems for the Wreckers and he probably had hand in the Dinobots warrants. I doubt Grimlock can see through the deception
I'm not certain but I think, in that case, they were talking about #50 of notRID.
They say that before moving onto MTMTE, so presumably both series will be having big 50th issues. Given the inclusion of notRID characters in Sins of the Wreckers, I'm guessing it's more likely notRID is what the mini-series will be connected to.
I don't really see a problem with combiners, outside of CW leaving a bad taste in many people's mouths. I think there's a lot of potential for character arcs for a team of people who were forced to combine. Maybe Roberts can make use of the opportunities CW wasted.
So in 43 we have them being chased by a planet, in 44 we have them deviated from flight plan, in 45 we have the scavengers back, in 46 we have grimlock tears apart things. I wonder if 44 gives us cliffhanger on LL story and we are moved to Scavengers misadventure?
They used to say they woudn't do combiners at all. That didn't stop them from making FOC Bruticus and Combiner Wars.
In the deleted script from Last Stand, Roberts did have Overlord drug Grimlock into a frenzied rage and gave him a broken cannon muzzle as a crown.
I get it, I get it, I looked up the cause after the fact; my bad.
Anyhow, I'm wondering how the whole convergence thing around issue 50 will work out.
Actually the LL isn't an all bad place for Grimlock to end up. Remember they have Rung and Chromedome. Two guys who can hopefully put Grimlock's mind back together again. The really interesting thing is how he's going to react to Megatron.
The Overlord connection might bug him also.
Grimlock willingly let himself get arrested at the end of Maximum Dinobots. And he knew he was constantly breaking orders and protocol.
But I had to sleep. Thank you for explaining.
