Excellent clip, thanks for the heads up!

I couldn't tell if he was black or red, but you never know,
he may become sentient and get a new paint job somewhere along the lines

I'd buy a balck FE mold.

Yeah, I thought it was lighting at first, but he definitely appears to have kind of an SG color scheme going on.

Which would look GREAT on the FE Voyager Prime mold. Not so much on the RiD Voyager Prime mold. Even if it was a Takara exclusive, as long as it was the FE Voyager mold, I'd be the first in line to buy it.

If we're talking about repaint ideas for FE Prime, I'd rather see him released as Orion Pax with a new head without the faceplate, and have Decepticon insignia on his shoulders. It would be a good use of the mold that I don't think even the people who dropped $100 on the original release would complain about seeing.

Or they could troll us all and reuse the Powerizer mold.

I agree. Then I could also headswap with the FE Prime I already have if I want to make him faceplateless.

If/when we get a Black Convoy/Nemesis/Darkside Optimus redeco of a Prime Optimus (and given Takara's tendencies, it's inevitable...it's more of a surprise when it doesn't happen, like with the canceled Classics Voyager exclusive) I really hope they use the FE mold and NOT the RiD mold.

Could happen as a Takara exclusive.

I can't see it as a mainstream USA release tho.

Hasbro is extremely protective of the images of Bumblebee and Optimus Prime. Optimus Prime with Decepticon symbols on him may confuse kids.

As a matter of fact, the release of the FE Voyager mold as Nemesis Prime in the USA may not happen either for the same reason above.

The fact that Hasbro released Nemesis Prime in the Bot Shots line shocked the hell out of me because it was the first reuse of an Optimus Prime mold as Nemesis Prime in the USA that I can remember in years.

Even still, Bot Shots Nemesis Prime still had an Autobot Symbol on him and identity recognition may be the reason why.

I don't think Hasbro is looking for a way to use the FE molds. They scrapped them because they can make more money by using the cheaper RID molds.

I hope the upcoming Brawn uses the FE voyager Bulkhead mold, but I'm willing to bet that it'll be the RID Bulkhead mold.

I think they could merely get away with releasing the same mold in the RID line with slight paint tweaks. I suspect they will do this at some point.

There's no way Hasbro spends all of that time and $$$ on the FE molds and then never uses them.

They already reused Starscream and Bumblebee in the RiD entertainment pack and FE Bulkhead is confirmed as being reused as the Asia Exclusive Brawn.

It's only a matter of time before either Hasbro or Takara (or both) reuse the FE Voyager Optimus Prime mold.

I just want a damn black Prime. :D

I need one for my Funnies idea, and I refuse to spend big bucks just to make some funny pictures that no one will probably laugh at. lol

Besides, I really like how Nemesis Prime looks, and he would be awesome if done in the FE Voyager mold. If they could use a Nemesis for the Bot Shots...then maybe Hasbro could grow some balls and make a FE Nemesis and actually sell it in the States. We'll have to wait and see though.

I have a buddy who watches the show but doesn't collect TF at all, he commented he would buy that exact toy.

Exactly we've seen the FE figures being repainted/remolded 5 times thus far.

Pink Arcee and NYCC Taxicab Bumblebee in the NYCC Exclusive Pack.

Starscream and Bumblebee in the Entertainment Pack.

Bulkhead as an Asian exclusive Brawn with a new head sculpt.

Repainting FE Prime as Nemesis Prime makes too much sense.

I'm not in favor of a Nemesis Prime if it means we get the FE Mold in the United States. I was hoping for a more show accurate deco if Hasbro started using the FE mold again.
