So, is this ravage?
Personally I reckon yes. Think of it as Protoform Ravage.
A character being a missile... is that a first?
Well, Cybertron Laserbeak was a bomb.
None previous immediately spring to mind.
Although a TF's lifespan would be severely limited if he was actual exploding ammunition for a missile launcher. I would say that if this is indeed Ravage this is more a way for Soundwave to deploy him. Perhaps he shoots Ravage down to Earth while in satellite mode.
Weah, in transformers universe everything is possible
except lazerbeak transformed as ravage does not.
This missile can't transform.
Maybe there's gonna be a Ravage toy that does.
Maybe Ravage is a second pseudo-missile.
We don't know for sure yet.
I assume that the missile is Ravage, and is to Cybertronian Soundwave as mini-Scorponok was to Voyager Blackout in 2007. As Nevermore says, there will very probably be a larger (basic or deluxe, I imagine) Ravage toy to more fully represent the character.
That was not he point of my first comment. A non-transforming accessory (missile) with a name, that's a first. That would be like calling Movie Leader Prime's missile Roller.
How do you know that?
I think the missle realy transforms. Those blue parts doesnt looks like fixed. Maybe, they can flip to form the legs... And the front of the missle may form somekind of head...
That'd be awesome if true!
At this point I'd say that it's pretty obvious this is Ravage. As long as the concept art we've seen is accurate, I don't see how they could come up with a good explanation for the goofy looking missile.
And most likely it's not a missile, but an "entry" mode.
Yeah, i don´t wanna see Ravage Blowing Up
Well they did say that Ravage is 'a weapon', so this is probably exactly what they meant. And by 'weapon' I suspect they mean 'disguised as a weapon'... not literally being one that fires & explodes. It's really no different than Scorponok being disguised as a turbine engine on Blackout - it's just a hidden minion waiting to pop out.
Is it just me or he does looks like lady's pleasure toy?
Oh, good, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought he could give Classics Astrotrain a run for his money.
Wow, 1st time Ive seen this missle... Maybe Soundwaves voyager earth mode shoots out a transforming ravage afterall... Not other real reason to have all that scult on the missle, especially so similar to the design elements for the concept ravage anyway.
