Their is no way to tighten that, I've checked thoroughly, that's the only thing I don't like about the mold. They could have easily placed a tab system. Which version do you have- Walgreen's or K-mart?

Wait, what? There are different versions?

Anyhoo, in the feedback forum, there were multiple posts saying something about pushing the shoulder wheels up, or something. I'll have my Jazz in about 20 minutes. I'll see what I can do.

Mine is fine. As long as you do what the other forum members were saying and use the wheel/shoulder assembly to squeeze the hood halves in toward the waist, and then--more importantly--push the roof/windshield up firmly, the chest assembly should be fine.

That's where the "special" part comes in.

There are two package variants; one where Jazz's blaster is molded and stored on the bubble and the other (which I got and is probably going to be the norm in the future) doesn't have a molded area in the bubble and has the gun stored behind the grill of the car (where it is normally stored in car mode).

Go to the feedback forum and look for the Jazz thread. There are a few posts scattered throughout the thread.

There are screws used for the hinges in the shoulders with the Kmart version, It seems they hold a little better. I have both versions.

You don't need to do anything with the shoulders. If you look at his back, you'll see the roof/windshield is attached with a double-hinge. Push the roof assembly up and as close to his back as you can get it. The double hinge will sit nearly vertically against his back. The front tips of the windshield will sort of cradle into the slots on the back of the chest assembly just behind his shoulders applying just enough pressure to keep the chest from flopping around.

Can you snap a pic of where the screws in the shoulder are? Not questioning you, just curious.
