This is always an interesting subject to me. How do you store spare/extra/interchangeable parts when your figures come with them?

On my Revoltechs I keep a Tackle box since I have so few. But for most regular figures I have these neato little containers I found in 12-packs at the dollar store. I stocked up. Here's Scud displaying the one I keep his spare hands in (was my nearest figure)

BONUS: The poker chips in the background are screen-used props from Knight Rider (2008) "Knight of the Zodiac"

I use either tackle box trays, I have two - five drawer sets of the Plano boxes, or if the figure is on display using my home made riser of a clear plastic baseball card box. I have two different size boxes, 50 count and 100 count, so if the figure is on the back row and I'm using one of these to elevate him a bit, put the accessories in the box so it is still "with" the figure.

I have a couple of plastic boxes. Everything just gets dumped in there.

If they don't fit or store away on the figure, I usually give them away since extra missiles, weapons and/or accesories are not really needed when displayed in bot-mode.

At the moment, I have tons of spare G1 parts that I want to give away since they're really not needed, like...

Radar Dishes for Scorponok and Fortress Maximus, the little gun for Cerebros, missiles for Overlord, Roadbuster and basically all the other G1 figures that came with extra missles.

I know there's more spare parts that I can list, but if nobody wants them... I'll just throw them away since they're just spare parts that you don't really need.

    :sly:

    Just kidding! ;)

I love me some 100% complete figures with all weapons and accesories, so I usually put the spare parts in a zip-lock bag and store them away with the figure.

Currently, all the extra stuff is in a large, ziplock bag. Once I've got a new place, I can probably put them in something more durable.

I don't have anywhere near that amount of shit, so most of my parts can fit into a little plastic box. The others are floating around my room, hah.

Sorted and separated into different Ziploc bags. Missles, Cyber Keys, extranious kibble, swords, tails, weapons etc and then those are in a box.

I got a cool Transfromers metal tin in the shape of an autobot logo that came with a pair of ROTF boxers, works great!

I chuck them all in a tin box whenever I have something like a human alliance Sam Witwicky figure.
