Finally those across the pond can finally see the one, the only, Spaced.
And no, not the half-assed US remake. We are talking about the original, UK version in all it's glory and on DVD. A pure slice of fried gold.

And for those to lazy to skip to the end, street date is July 22, 2008

Slightly random group of people for the new commentary but I'm looking forward to being able to finally play Spaced on a normal DVD player. I have an imported copy, but I can only watch it on a computer or my Xbox.

Bring this one back because I have finally gotten to see some of this. Finished the first season and on the 4th episode of the second.

It not ZOMG LOL funny but I'm really enjoying it a lot.

Black Books is pure gold, The IT crowd is worth a try as well (in fact they recently tried to remake the IT Crowd in America, it flopped and rightfully so, shows rarely do well as remakes)

That worries me, since I find Tamsin Grieg strangely attractive. Especially after the episode with Howell reading the shipping forecast.

What, you find her attractive when she's climaxing to a radio broadcast?

Call me crazy, but that is worrying!

And Spaced? Second series improves on first in so many ways (mime gunfight anyone?), a lot less flat, but both are hilarious!

That part was awesome. Plus it also had Peter Serafinowitz(or however it's spelt) which is the greatest last name.

I always liked the episode that had Simon Pegg as the manager of the other book store. He's so creepy.

I liked the episode when Manny ran away and ended up doing "hairy" glamour photos.

Still haven't seen this at Best Buy, FYE or any other store. Guess I'll have to order online.

:lol  Classic. I still need to get the third season, I only have the first 2. Also need to get League of Gentlemen as well now that I think of it.

It was pretty cool listening to the new commentaries on Spaced. It's always hilarious listening to Quentin Tarintino.
