I thought this week's South Park was the funniest so far this season. Ike having sex with his teacher. And Cartman as Dog the Bounty Hunter :lol  I expected him to get in trouble at the end for being where he wasn't suppose to be :lol

I thought it was alright. The use of Ike as the 'student' in this case was an interesting choice (I was expecting Butters) and worked well to make their point...and it's always great to see Ike, since he's one of the only major Canadian characters on the show. The "Dog the Bounty Hunter" stuff I didn't really get (never watched that show) and it seemed a little odd that the Principal would be willing to actually give Cartman any authoritah. However, I didn't think they really had anything unique to say here; plenty of other comedians have done the "male teachers molesting students are perverts, female teachers doing the same thing is fine as long as they're hot" angle before...Matt and Trey didn't really add anything to this, IMO.

Sort of related, but what happened to Officer Barbrady? Once again, the police are in an episode and he's nowhere around.

Now that you mention it, I don't think I've seen him for a while. Its been the new cops since the little detectives episode

I thought the episode was the funniest this season. I laughed through a good majority of it. Ike and the teacher in bed had me cracking up, until I saw the snorkling in the bath tub. I swear, if I was on a chair, I would have fallen off.

Oh man,, it was just wrong. Completley wrong. I really think that this could be their best season ever if they keep it up at this rate. :)

Tonights episode was funny as hell, but I have the same complaint as I did with last week's episode. The social commentary just isn't up to date. Maybe we just got spoiled for the last two years where they seemed to have episodes that were really up to date with current events, or maybe it was Comedy Central's decision to split the season in two, but things just seem really out of date. The first new episodes of season ten, like the Family Guy and Al Gore episodes, really captured the atmosphere of those respective subjects at the time.

I was laughing my head off with this. And as for the social commentary, I thought it was spot-on...after all, former Congressman Mark Foley (R-FL) claimed alcoholism as his problem (the "Mel Gibson defense") when he resigned from Congress (instead of simply admitting that he's a child molester/predator.

For some reason this season actually makes want to play WoW or watch Dog the Bounty Hunter, if only so that I can enjoy the parodies more..

Yeah the new episodes have been good. The Dog episode was good, like Old Southpark style. Last season was kinda weird..

I love how every man's reaction is the same in regards to the female teacher having an affair with Ike.

It's the same exact reaction almost every man has each time a real case of this comes out.

    1) I think he also claimed that he was molested.

    2) While I abhor what the man did, he didn't molest anyone. He wrote dirty emails to a young adult. Had he gone so far as to have sex (he didn't so far as we know; other congressmen have) with the page, it wouldn't be an act of pedophilia, as the child is not prepubescent. If we must damn him, let's do it for what he did.

    ANYWAY...

I though the episode was OK. Cartman high on authoritah is always fun, but I don't watch Dog so the humor really wasn't aimed at me. As for Ike's tale, it was nice to see them take shots at the hypocrisy that surrounds young, attractive, female sex offenders. However, I thought the storyline, once it started, became somewhat predictable. I'd say it was a good ep, but not a great one.
