I'd feel sorry for the sucker who buys one of these because it was in the movie (because it really kinda' wasn't). It was in the back of a couple of shots, but that's about it.

 

I've watched it twice and didn't even see them in the background. I feel dumb enough for buying the deluxe versions.

 

Cool looking, hopefully next year we will see a Skids option over here in the states.

 

Miss the twins? Read the novelization of the film. They get blown away by Sentinel right after Ironhide. Actually enjoyed them as used in the book. Bought the toys.

Their alt modes do appear in the movie via the same aerial shot from the trailer where all of the Autobots are entering the hangar. The Autobots are lined up in a row. At the very back of the shot you can see the green and orange Chevy Sparks.

Bay made his little reward speech a couple of days before the trailer was released. Eagle-eyed viewers spotted the Twins in that shot, and Bay implied that any shots of the Twins, alternate or bot mode, in the trailer would be digitally removed or cut from the final film.... they weren't. They're still in there, at least for that one shot.

 

I wonder how bad these Mudflaps will lot-warm...

 

They'll be on clearance in a couple of months, I'll just get one then.

 

I'll wait for the Tuner repaint to lot-warm.

I don't get why poor Mudflap pegwarms so much.

Cybertron Mudflap was a shelfwarmer.
Movie 1 Mudflap was a shelfwarmer (Repaint of Cybertron Mudflap).
ROTF Mudflap was a pegwarmer.
DOTM? I'll wait and see, but I think the name is cursed...

when I was in korea, people were driving chevy sparks all over the place. chances are these'll sell.

Hell yeah. If they bring this to the states Ill get one for my wife.
Im already planning on getting 'Bee.
My driveway will look like a mini autobot hang out.

 

While I'm not a fan of Mudflap, I do like the look of this car (it helps that I like the color burnt orange). If it ever came to the states I would definitely consider it. However I would want to at least sit in it once before putting any serious thought into it. I can sit pretty comfortably in a Mini Cooper, but not a modern VW Bug.

 

$11,823.00 for the manual transmision or $13,326.00 for an automatic.... GM would it really be that hard to bring this car to the U.S.?
