Yea I know it's like my 500th Soundwave post but i found this slightly clearer pic of the toy and i've made a lot of connections between this pic and the soundwave truck concept art. And i remember orci say something about the bot in it being lazerbeak or ravage or something, anyway click the url for the pic, ypu have to scroll down a little.

I like the head on the toy better than the one on the concept art. Soundwave isn't soundwave without the red visor and mouthplate. Don't need him having a Barricade head.

Cool. Invert the blue and grey and you have a G1 color shemed movie Soundwave.

 

nice to see that they are trying to keep certian asthetics (? on the spelling there) of Soundwave. I mean all the bayformers have had a lot of characteristics of the originals, but you can really tell this should be Soundwave. Very nice indeed.

 

Head looks nice. The rest still kind of looks like a mess, but it's and early and still somewhat unclear pic. It could turn out nice.

 

I think thats his cybertron mode because I don't see the wheels, or its just a lame prototype, or im blind. and is he laying on some sword thingy?

 

Look at his legs (in/around the calf area) and you can see two wheels that match the concept image.

 

imhoping that the final product is painted differently, looks too bland

 

I think that looks great. I'm totally pumped about the movie.
